Lateral Hires
  • Up to 4 years of full-time experience credited toward starting pay scale (2026 - $93,556.43)
  • Vacation time - 88 hours
  • Every other weekend off
  • Post-retirement health care
  • 50% tuition reimbursement plus an education bonus
  • Full pension at 25 years of service and age 53
  • 80 hours vacation after 1 year, 13 bonus days (in lieu of holidays), and 104 sick-time hours annually
  • Disability and life insurance (including a $200,000 life benefit after 1 year)
  • FREE health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a $2,800 yearly employer HSA contribution
