• Minimum of ten years in law enforcement with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or public administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversees police services including law enforcement, investigations, community relations, traffic control, dispatch, evidence collection, records maintenance, crime prevention, and animal control.
• Works with command staff: two lieutenants, four sergeants, and six corporals to ensure operational excellence.
• Partners with the city administrator, council, and residents to deliver safe, equitable public services and a vibrant community.
