Job summary

EXO Inc. is hiring a Crew Member for utility pole reinforcement to join our field operations. You will help install metal brackets on wood poles, perform manual labor, and support material handling in outdoor sites.

Responsibilities include measuring, preparing poles, operating tools, and following safety procedures to maintain structural integrity and protect assets in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in general labor, construction, utility work, or outdoor labor preferred.
• Good driving record and ability to obtain DOT driver qualification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of metal reinforcing brackets, bands, and hardware on wood utility poles.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, digging and moving materials.
• Load and unload materials, tools or equipment at job sites or within facilities.
• Handle, transport, and stage materials and tools on site.
• Support pole preparation including cleaning, measuring and marking placement areas.
• Operate basic hand tools, power tools and machinery under supervision.
• Maintain awareness of safety procedures and report hazards.
