Qualifications

  • Must be at least 19 years old.
  • Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
  • Valid driver''s license with a minimum of three years driving experience.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
  • Perform utility pole assessments while following company standards and safety procedures.
  • Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry requirements.
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working conditions.
  • Complete required documentation, reports, and project updates accurately.
