Job summary

The Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure pole assessments are performed safely and to company standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to meet productivity and safety targets while representing the company professionally to customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate and train field crews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles and tools.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments while following company standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working conditions.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and project updates accurately and timely.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers, utility representatives, landowners, and community members.
• Support a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and accountability.
