Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure pole assessments meet safety and quality standards.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to train and mentor staff in field procedures. Travel statewide or regionally may be required, with overtime opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Experience leading crews as foreman or crew lead preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with three years driving experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to train and work effectively with field crews.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and supervise crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments for timely completion.
• Train and mentor crew members in safe practices.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition.
• Complete reports and project updates accurately.
