Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a Poker Supervisor to lead the poker team and uphold game integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will train staff, ensure excellent guest service, resolve disputes, and coordinate with the Poker Manager and Surveillance to address irregularities.

This role requires strong math skills and a professional appearance; prior casino experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Board standards.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in casino environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the poker team to deliver legendary guest service.
• Ensure training, tools and mindset for service professionals.
• Maintain game integrity and compliance with internal controls and IGB regulations.
• Resolve disputes professionally and timely.
• Inform manager of irregularities and updates.
• Attend to guest and employee concerns promptly.
• Record table activity on openings and closings.
• Adhere to attendance and company policies.
