Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado, is hiring a part-time Poker Dealer. You will deal all poker games accurately, provide warm guest service, and follow established house rules and procedures while handling buy-ins and payouts with care.

The role requires 18+, ability to obtain Colorado gaming license, and dealing experience or completion of dealing school. English communication and math skills are essential in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Colorado Gaming License required.
• Experience dealing poker or completion of dealing school.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Able to speak, read, and write English clearly.

Responsabilités

• Deal all poker games accurately according to house rules.
• Provide courteous guest service while following Monarch’s service standards.
• Process buy-ins and payouts accurately with money and chips.
• Verify game fills and credits; manage wagers and pots.
• Protect game integrity and report irregularities to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
