Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass live Poker audition.
• Must pass math aptitude test.
• Able to work with others and follow directives.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Professional demeanor and teamwork.
• Procedural, able to take direction and handle dealing tasks.
• Ability to report irregularities to supervisor.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient reading/writing/speaking English; respond to cues.
• Able to write routine correspondence and speak with the public.
• Ability to interact well with customers and employees.
• Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates working knowledge of all forms of Poker, dealing policies and general gaming procedures.
• Sustains a friendly, supportive and enthusiastic attitude towards guests.
• Displays positive acceptance of demanding scheduling needs.
• Creates teamwork by performing all dealing functions in a professional and accurate manner.
• Assists in maintaining a spotless environment by removing and storing all chip racks and tray tables and disposing of any cups, glasses or bottles left behind by guests.
• Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in a professional manner.
• Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staff.
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
• Attends all necessary training meetings.
• Assist in other projects, as directed.
