Job summary

Swish Breaks in NYC is seeking a dynamic Live Streaming Sales Personality to host streams, showcase Pokémon booster boxes, singles, graded cards, and sealed product. You will engage with viewers in real time, deliver expert product knowledge, and foster an exciting, interactive on‑stream environment that grows the audience and drives sales.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Pokémon TCG set releases and rarities.
• Excellent communication and engaging on-camera presence.
• Ability to entertain, educate, and influence viewers in real-time.
• Passion for Pokémon and a results-driven mindset.
• Proficient with live streaming platforms and ecommerce tools.
• Experience in live streaming, sales, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Host and manage live streams selling Pokémon products (booster boxes, singles, graded cards, mystery packs, sealed product).
• Create an exciting, interactive on-stream environment to captivate and grow the audience.
• Engage with viewers, answer questions, provide in-depth Pokémon product knowledge to drive sales.
• Stay updated with Pokémon TCG trends, set releases, and market values for relevant insights.
• Collaborate with marketing/creative teams to execute promotions, giveaways, and themed events.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends.
• Analyze viewer engagement, customer insights, and sales data to improve performance.
