Job summary

PODS is seeking a skilled technician to maintain Podzilla equipment across designated Storage Centers. You will perform scheduled maintenance, document work orders, and assist with forklift and welding tasks as qualified.

The role requires travel within the territory and a focus on safety and clean work environments. Qualified candidates bring 3–5 years of engine repair experience, welding certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years engine repair experience (forklift, hydraulic systems, vehicle maintenance, small engine repair).
• AWS Structural Welding Certificate (D1.1) and/or mechanical certifications or diploma equivalent.
• Certified as a PODS Trainer for Podzilla repairs or eligible for training.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and minor repairs on Podzilla hydraulic lift system and related components.
• Maintain records of repairs and preventive maintenance using Work Order System.
• Travel between storage centers to service territory and assist with forklift maintenance and minor carpentry.
