Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Assign agents to flights and airport areas to support on-time operations.
• Manage and distribute Avtech devices for passenger tracking and communication.
• Conduct daily device inventories and report discrepancies or damage.
• Troubleshoot devices and report out-of-service units.
• Assist passengers with baggage handling and delays/damages.
• Monitor time clocks for accuracy and escalate issues.
• Ensure safe, compliant operation of access and control systems.
• Provide access to the Control Room as needed.
• Perform duties following safety standards and incident reporting policies.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Company's Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience, and capabilities expected for this position.

Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating daily shift assignments, managing workflow to support safe and on-time flight operations, and maintaining essential control room systems. This includes timekeeping oversight, device distribution and tracking, and maintaining accurate operational records.

Job Duties

• Assign Agents to flights and designated airport areas to ensure smooth operations and on-time performance
• Manage and distribute Avtech devices for passenger tracking and communication
• Conduct daily device inventories, document discrepancies, and report missing or damaged units
• Troubleshoot devices that are not properly functioning and report out of service devices.
• Assist passengers with baggage pick-up, loading, unloading, and resolve issues with their delayed, lost, or damaged items.
• Monitor time clocks for accuracy and elevate any system or access issues
• Ensure time clocks are operable and elevate any related issues.
• Provide right of access to the Control Room.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Company's Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience, and capabilities expected for this position.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to constantly lift, move up to 70 lbs; Frequently lift, move weights greater than 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel and bend.

Working Conditions

• Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
• Must be able to work in an office bound environment.
