Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic in Waterloo, IA is seeking a full-time podiatrist to join two experienced clinicians in a collegial, outpatient-focused practice. You will provide general podiatric care including diabetic foot care, wound care, post-operative care, and manage toe, foot, and ankle trauma in a clinic setting with occasional wound clinic and OR scheduling.

The role involves collaborative care with experienced staff, with opportunities for growth and expansion to additional clinics

Qualifications

• General podiatric care, including diabetic foot care and routine foot exams.
• Post-operative care and wound management for foot and ankle procedures.
• Toe, foot, and ankle trauma assessment and initial management.

Responsibilities

• Provide general podiatric care in outpatient clinics.
• Support two experienced podiatrists in a team-based environment.
• Participate in wound clinic scheduling and operating room planning as needed.

• Wound care and post-operative care
• Toe, foot, and ankle trauma

Schedule mainly consists of outpatient clinic with some scheduling in the wound clinic and operating room.
