Infinite Medical P.C. seeks a compassionate Podiatrist to deliver comprehensive foot and leg care in long-term care facilities. The role emphasizes patient-focused treatment, collaboration with a healthcare team, and improving mobility and quality of life for residents.

The ideal candidate will have a DPM, a valid DEA license, and experience in long-term care, with the ability to stand for extended periods and assist with patient lifting as needed. This is a full-time opportunity in Lecanto, FL.

Qualifications

• Must have a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree.
• Must have a DEA license.
• Experience in long-term care is required or preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform examinations on patients’ legs and feet to diagnose diseases and conditions.
• Provide treatment for foot and leg injuries, including fractures, corns, and calluses.
• Prescribe medications for joint pain and suggest foot orthoses to improve mobility.
• Offer guidance on foot care and overall wellness.
• Order additional medical tests as needed based on assessments.
