Qualifications

• DPM degree is required.
• DEA license is required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Prolonged standing/walking and lifting up to 20 lbs may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Examinations of patients' legs and feet to diagnose diseases and conditions.
• Treat foot and leg injuries such as fractures, corns, and calluses.
• Prescribe medications for joint pain and recommend foot orthoses.
• Provide guidance on foot care and overall wellness.
• Order additional tests as needed based on assessments.
