Job summary

ALLEVIO CARE, LLC in New Mexico's Albuquerque is seeking a skilled Podiatrist (DPM) to diagnose and treat foot, ankle, and lower-extremity conditions in a fast-paced, team‑driven practice. You will lead a full patient panel from day one, perform in‑office procedures and surgical interventions, and collaborate with assistants, surgeons, and referring providers.

Qualifications

  • DPM degree from an accredited program.
  • Current state podiatry license or ability to obtain one.
  • Completion of a 3-year PMSR with RRA certification preferred.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Podiatric Surgery.
  • Strong clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities.
  • Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and committed to high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform physical examinations and diagnostic assessments of the foot, ankle, and lower extremities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct in-office procedures and surgical interventions as clinically indicated.
  • Prescribe medications, orthotics, and physical therapy as part of comprehensive treatment.
  • Educate patients on preventative foot care and post-treatment recovery.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records using EMR.
  • Collaborate with medical assistants, surgeons, and referring providers to coordinate care.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Podiatric Surgery
  • Strong clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skills
