Ideal candidates hold a DPM, an active NY Podiatry license (board certified or eligible), and are comfortable performing exams, X-rays, orthotics, and podiatric procedures.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
• Active New York State Podiatry license; Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Proficient in foot/ankle exams, X-rays, orthotics, and podiatric procedures.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients in clinic or hospital settings.
• Review medical history and examine legs, ankles, and feet.
• Perform X-rays and related imaging when needed.
• Treat injuries, deformities, and conditions of the foot/ankle.
• Prescribe orthotics and pain relief options; order tests as required.
• Advise on foot care and preventive therapies.
