The Foot Doctors of Kansas City is seeking a motivated podiatrist to join our busy, physician-owned private practice in the Kansas City area. We offer a long-term career with strong earning potential, surgical volume, autonomy, and opportunities toward partnership.

Join a three-doctor team at our Lee's Summit and Belton offices, with in-office MIS, vascular testing, and a path to ownership. Start date anticipated February 2027.

Qualifications

• DPM degree from an accredited podiatric medical school.
• Missouri license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Ability to obtain and maintain hospital privileges.
• Surgical training suitable for full-scope foot and ankle practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope foot and ankle medicine and surgery.
• Deliver care including sports medicine, trauma, elective surgery, complex reconstruction and limb salvage.
• Perform hospital and outpatient surgery with hospital call one weekend per month.
• Collaborate with residency program and contribute to teaching within the program.

About the Practice

The Foot Doctors of Kansas City is a busy, established, physician-owned independent private practice (not private equity-backed). Our three-doctor team is seeking a motivated podiatrist to join us as our fourth physician. We have two main offices in Lee's Summit and Belton, Missouri, serving the greater Kansas City area.

This is an opportunity to build a long-term career with strong earning potential, surgical volume, autonomy, advanced in-office technology, and a path to partnership and practice ownership. The anticipated start date is February 2027.

Compensation and Opportunity

• $180,000-$300,000+ in compensation with a productivity and bonus structure

• Full-scope foot and ankle medicine and surgery, including sports medicine and trauma, elective surgery, complex reconstruction and limb salvage, and diabetic foot and wound care
• Hospital and outpatient surgery, with hospital call one weekend per month

Advanced In-Office Technology and Procedures
