Job summary

A healthcare management services organization is seeking a Podiatrist to provide compassionate care in long-term and senior care facilities in the Lamar area. Qualifications

• Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Able to lift/carry up to 15 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions.
• Document clinical encounters in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad.

Skills

Experience in long-term care/nursing home settings

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent settings

Educating patients and caregivers on mobility and foot health

Education

Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree
