Job summary

Lumina HealthCare in Portland, OR seeks a Podiatrist (DPM) for full or part-time opportunities (1–4 days/week). You will round at multiple skilled nursing and post-acute facilities within a designated territory and provide bedside podiatry and chairside care.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, build rapport with patients, families and staff, and ensure high-quality podiatric care. A state license, valid driver's license, and flexibility to work across facilities are required.

Qualifications

• DPM licensed in Oregon
• Valid state driver’s license
• Ability to round at multiple facilities in designated territory
• Experience in post-acute care settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver podiatry care at the bedside in post-acute settings and chairside in adult day habilitation settings
• Round daily at multiple facilities within the territory
• Establish rapport with patients, families, and facility staff
• Provide thorough evaluations and ongoing podiatry care

Qualified candidates will round at multiple facilities that are located within a designated territory.
