Community Health Centers of America in California is seeking a dedicated podiatrist to provide expert foot and ankle care across clinics and partner facilities in Merced, Turlock, and Modesto.

You will diagnose, treat, and educate patients, manage wound care, prescribe orthotics, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes. In-person, full-time or part-time roles with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• DPM degree from an accredited school.
• Completion of a Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency program.
• Board certification or eligibility in Podiatry.
• State licensure to practice Podiatry.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current DEA registration.

Community Health Centers of America is hiring for an Podiatrist to work in our clinics and contracted long-term care facilities in the Merced, Turlock and Modesto, CA area. We are seeking a skilled Podiatrist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for foot and ankle conditions, ensuring the highest quality of patient care in clinics and partner nursing facilities.

Duties

• - Diagnose and treat various foot, ankle, and lower extremity conditions


• - Provide wound care and management


• - Prescribe medications and orthotic devices


• - Educate patients on foot health and preventive care


• - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited school


• Completion of a Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency program


• Board certification or eligibility in Podiatry


• State licensure to practice Podiatry


• Previous experience working in a teaching hospital or senior care facility is advantageous


• Licenses/Certifications: Appropriate certifications and/or licensures


• Current BLS required


• Current DEA required


• In depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
