Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a Podiatrist to provide on-site podiatry services across Northern Michigan, including Traverse City, Roscommon, Cheboygan and Alpena. The role supports part-time or full-time schedules (2–4 days per week) with a production-based pay structure delivering $700+ per day.

Benefits for full-time staff, mileage reimbursement, and full administrative support are provided. The successful candidate will manage comprehensive podiatry care for residents in nursing homes and long-term

Qualifications

• D.P.M. degree in podiatry required.
• Completion of a one year podiatric residency program.
• Current State professional license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to use email, the internet and to learn other healthcare related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide general podiatry services to residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long term care facilities within an assigned territory.
• Conducts comprehensive evaluations and regular podiatry care.
• Provides wound care management.
• Enters patient information and completes required clinical documentation in our cutting-edge EMR system.
• Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
