Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.
• Willingness to mentor interns and freelancers.

Responsibilities

• Produce and edit the Daily 1A Plus and 1A Podcast, repackaging live content for on‑demand audiences.
• Oversee production workflows, ensure timing, pacing, and format requirements are met.
• Coordinate host retracks, sponsorship messages, and funding credits.
• Distribute podcast and Plus versions across platforms on schedule.
