Job summary

Alo in Maryland is seeking a Printer Technician to maintain and troubleshoot print-on-demand production printers, conveyors, and automated material handling equipment in a fast-paced facility.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, coordinate with Operations and Facilities, and ensure safe, reliable production with minimal downtime; shift 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of mechanical/technical troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
• AS degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with three-phase systems up to 480 VAC, PLCs, and low-voltage controls.
• Ability to read drawings and manuals, document issues and repairs.
• English literacy and basic math for maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix issues on printers, conveyors, and handling equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs per safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with Operations and Vendors for complex support.
• Complete work orders and maintain maintenance records.
• Support installations, testing, upgrades, and safety compliance.
