TechDigital Group is seeking a seasoned payments program leader to develop new payment products and strategies and ensure timely delivery to market.

The role focuses on transforming client payment processes, building internal capabilities in critical areas, and delivering complex, enterprise-scale programs in the financial services sector using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Able to manage complex projects in financial services.

• Developing new payment products and strategies and ensuring smooth delivery to market.
• Strengthening client's internal skills, knowledge, and experience in critical areas during transformations.
• Transforming client payment processes and optimising management practices.
• Delivering large digital enterprise-level payment programs from initiation to benefit realisation using Agile.
• Allocating and managing IT resources to ensure teams have the necessary skills and tools.
• Demonstrable exposure in payments/retail banking/cards domains.
• Initiating and overseeing business/technology projects to optimise, grow, and protect the business.

JD:

• Developing new payment products and strategies and ensuring smooth and efficient delivery to market.
• Strengthening client's internal skills, knowledge, and experience in critical areas Successfully implementing complex payment technology assets and delivering the most challenging transformation programs to create the new business as usual.
• Transforming client payment processes and optimising their management practices.
• Experienced in the delivery of large digital enterprise-level payment programs across the financial services sector from initiation to benefit realisation, employing Agile principles.
• Technical understanding and ability to allocate and manage IT resources effectively. Ensuring that project teams have the necessary skills and tools to complete their tasks.
• Demonstrable exposure in payments and/or retail banking and/or cards domains
• Proven knowledge and experience in Agile and Waterfall project management including development methodologies, able to manage complex projects in the financial services industry.
• Experience in initiating, steering, and overseeing business and/or technology projects to optimise, grow, and protect your business
