Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Nurse Assistant to support clinical teams in meeting patient care needs on the Day shift. The Nurse Assistant is responsible for assisting professional clinical personnel in meeting patient care requirements in accordance with Medical Center policies, and Nursing Assistant scope of practice nursing standards. This position works under the direct supervision of assigned professional clinical personnel. Decision-making is limited to daily routines. Decisions regarding patient care or services require the review and approval of the clinician. The position has extensive patient and patient family contact requiring a service oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Graduate of Certified Nursing Assistant Program or relevant experience/training
• Current Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant license (CNA)
• Current BLS certification
• Previous patient care experience preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $18.94 - $27.26 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
