Job summary

Canvas is looking for a Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Lead Systems Engineer to support NAVWAR work with the 746th Test Squadron at Holloman AFB, NM. This role involves the development and coordination of the squadron's TSPI reference system, mentoring staff, and managing high-visibility projects under the Long-Range Kill Chain initiative.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PNT systems, experience in T&E, and excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree in engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PNT systems and T&E projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts and coordinate T&E efforts associated with a TSPI reference system.
• Mentor other members of the 746TS workforce.
• Establish standardized processes for testing advanced PNT systems.
