General MRO Aerospace INC in Medley, FL is seeking a Lead / Supervisor Technician for the Pneumatic department. The role focuses on leading a team in repairs, disassembly, and re-assembly of aircraft components in accordance with OEM and FAA approvals.

The candidate will supervise technicians, assist the manager, and step in when the Manager is unavailable, with potential for advancement within the company.

Formación

• English reading and comprehension required.
• Must be able to read, understand and interpret Repair Station and Quality Control Manuals, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• A&P Certification is a plus but not required.
• At least 15 years of lead technician experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise technicians and assist the manager in tasks.

We currently seeking a Lead / Supervisor Technician for our Pneumatic department. If you are driven, a fast learner and looking for a company where there is a chance for advancement, this is the position for you.

In this position, the Lead / Supervisor Technician may be required to:

• Disassemble assemblies, clean assemblies, repair or perform the removal and replacement of components, re-assembly of parts in accordance with OEM and FAA approval.
• Keep all personal and company tools in working conditions.
• Assist manager with the supervision of the technicians, as well as to assist and facilitate the technicians in accomplishing their tasks.
• Manage and supervise the department in the absence of the Manager/Supervisor.

Requirements:

Skills/Education & Experience:

• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English
• Must be able to read, understand and interpret Repair station and Quality Control Manuals, company policies, procedures and regulations
• A&P Certification a plus but not required
• At least 15 years of experience as a lead technician preferred
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be a team player
