Job summary

Penske Media Corporation (PMC) is seeking a detail-oriented Publisher Operations Coordinator to join the PMX Collective Publisher Operations team. This junior role offers a great path into digital media, advertising technology, and publisher operations, with onsite collaboration in either Midtown Manhattan or West Los Angeles.

You will help onboard and support digital publishers and advertising technology partners, coordinate integrations, track launches, and assist with day-to-day operational

Responsibilities

  • Assist onboarding and setup of advertising technology partners, including testing integrations and confirming configurations work as expected.
  • Assist onboarding of new publisher partners and coordinate steps to launch them.
  • Support publishers using internal technology platform and coordinate operational requests and troubleshooting
  • Monitor partner performance and identify issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Track implementations, launches, open requests, and other operations to keep projects on schedule
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate onboarding, implementations, and issue resolution
  • Maintain clear documentation, processes, and records
  • Collaborate with Publisher Operations, Programmatic, and Engineering teams on new platform capabilities and launches
  • Learn fundamentals of programmatic advertising and publisher monetization while gaining hands-on industry experience

Job description

As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture. This position can be based in either Midtown Manhattan or West Los Angeles.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Publisher Operations Coordinator to join the PMX Collective Publisher Operations team. This is a junior-level role and a great opportunity for someone interested in building a career in digital media, advertising technology, or publisher operations.

In this role, you will help onboard and support digital publishers and advertising technology partners that participate in the PMX Collective ecosystem. You will work closely with Publisher Operations, Programmatic, and Engineering teams to help ensure new partners are set up correctly, technical integrations run smoothly, and day-to-day operational needs are addressed.

You do not need to be an expert in programmatic advertising or our internal technology on day one. We are looking for someone who is organized, curious, comfortable working with data and technology, and eager to learn how digital advertising platforms operate.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support the onboarding and setup of advertising technology partners, including testing integrations and confirming that configurations are working as expected
  • Assist with onboarding new publisher partners and coordinating the steps required to launch them successfully
  • Support publishers using our internal technology platform and help coordinate operational requests and troubleshooting
  • Monitor advertising partner performance and help identify issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Track implementations, launches, open requests, and other operational activities to ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate onboarding, implementations, and issue resolution
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation, processes, and operational records
  • Partner with Publisher Operations, Programmatic, and Engineering teams on new platform capabilities, partner launches, and ongoing operations
  • Learn the fundamentals of programmatic advertising, publisher monetization, and advertising technology while developing hands‑on industry experience

A good faith estimate of the salary range is $66,500-$75,000 upon hire. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
