Job summary

EverLine Coatings and Services is hiring a Pavement Maintenance Technician for our Hollister crew. This full-time position involves line painting, crackfilling, sealcoating, power washing and related services for various clients within the city.

You will plan and facilitate production, communicate daily status to the Operations Manager, and maintain a safe, efficient worksite. Overtime and weekends may be required, with opportunities for advancement.

• Self-motivated and capable of problem solving in a field setting.
• Strong organizational skills and punctuality on job sites.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT) for our Hollister crew.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT), you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the city. This is a full time position. Working hours are 40-50 hours per week with some weekends and overtime work required.

• Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crackfilling and sealcoating, power washing, and more
• Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
• Maintain a safe, hazard‑free job site
• Additional tasks as required

WHAT YOU BRING

• A Californian driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation
• You are self‑motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
• You understand the importance of punctuality, organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)
• Ability to work well independently unsupervised
• Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
