PwC is seeking a PMO/Program Management Manager within Commercial Technology & Innovation to lead and coordinate multiple projects, aligning with organizational goals and driving strategic outcomes. You will coach and develop teams, manage performance, and drive delivery excellence across the advisory portfolio.
You will oversee project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation, leveraging PMS and analytics to optimize capacity and ensure successful delivery.
As a PMO/Program Management Manager in Commercial Technology & Innovation, you will lead and coordinate multiple projects to align with organizational goals and drive strategic business outcomes. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your leadership skills to optimize project portfolios, focusing on project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to facilitate successful delivery. As a Manager, you will develop and inspire your team, fostering an environment of growth and accountability. You will be responsible for coaching team members, leveraging their unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same.
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
