Job summary

A healthcare solutions provider in Chicago is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management services in a nursing home. The PMHNP will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to adult clients. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). It offers a flexible full-time schedule with opportunities to expand into telehealth services.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of direct client care experience in psychiatric treatment.
• Experience working with adult populations is required.
• 3+ years experience as a psychiatric provider is preferred.
• Experience in telemedicine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management services.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat adults with behavioral health disorders.
