Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for flexible telehealth on a 1099 contract basis. Provide remote patient care with modern AI-enabled tools and psychiatrist support to guide treatment decisions.

You will manage prescriptions, maintain multi-state licensure, and collaborate with a nationwide team. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, timely charting, and a balanced schedule while delivering high-quality mental health care.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP with multi-state licensing (4+ states preferred).
• Minimum 2 years autonomous PMHNP experience, outpatient setting.
• Telehealth experience and comfort with technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (video and asynchronous messaging).
• Prescribe and counsel on medications per state/federal laws.
• Complete charting within 48 hours of sessions.
• Maintain licensure and collaborate with psychiatrists nationwide.
• Respond to leadership and members within 72 hours.
