Korzen Health is actively seeking a seasoned Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient behavioral health clinic in Alabama. This is a full-time, outpatient-only opportunity with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and strong physician support within a clinician-guided practice.

Applicants must have at least one year of PMHNP experience in Alabama, hold an active Alabama APRN license and a valid DEA registration.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP with active license in Alabama.
• At least 1 year of PMHNP experience in Alabama (mandatory).
• DEA registration active at onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed psychiatric assessments and routine follow-up appointments.
• Medication management and ongoing mental health care.
• Create customized behavioral health treatment plans.
• Administer evidence-based outpatient psychiatric treatments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists and support staff.

Key Duties

• Perform detailed psychiatric assessments and routine follow-up appointments
• Handle medication management and continuous mental health care
• Create customized behavioral health treatment plans
• Administer evidence-based outpatient psychiatric treatments
• Work in tandem with support staff and fellow providers to maximize patient success
• Keep clinical records accurate, timely, and fully compliant
• Take part in the shared weekend call rotation

Required Qualifications
