Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team and advance advanced practice care in mental health. You’ll work collaboratively with in-house therapists and other clinicians in a supportive, evidence-based environment.

Licensed and board-certified practitioners with behavioral health experience are encouraged to apply; PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board certified in the practicing state.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
• PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych certification preferred.
• Outpatient setting experience preferred.
• Experience with clients across the lifespan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services.
• Deliver interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato.
