Job summary

Integrity Placement Group is assisting a Federally Qualified Health Center in Indiana to hire a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for full-time, outpatient behavioral health service in South Bend.

The PMHNP must be Board Certified with Indiana license and DEA authority. Salary range $114,716–$128,481 plus a $20k retention bonus, CME allowance, and generous benefits including health/dental/vision, retirement plan, PTO, HSA, no nights or weekends, and NHSC loan repayment eligibility.

Qualifications

PMHNP board certification and active Indiana license
Current DEA license / prescriptive authority
2+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health preferred
Spanish-speaking skills preferred but not required

Responsibilities

100% outpatient behavioral health
Manage patients of all ages with a variety of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions
35 patient care hours and 5 administrative hours per week
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning
Diagnose mental health conditions and prescribe medications as appropriate
Provide patient education and counseling regarding treatment plans and medications
Collaborate with integrated primary care and behavioral health teams
Participate in clinic staff meetings and quality initiatives
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational standards
Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR
