Qualifications

• Master's degree as Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
• Two years’ experience as PMHNP or Psychiatric Physician Associate with patient care in a community mental health center or hospital is preferred.
• Valid license as a Nurse Practitioner by the NH and qualified to do psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Advanced skill and knowledge in conducting psychiatric evaluations and treating psychiatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric consultation and care to help shape services for a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic.
• Educate the care team on psychiatric approaches to behavioral health.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health clinicians and APPs to optimize patient outcomes.
