Qualifications

• Licensed in Illinois with PMHNP-BC certification and an active DEA.
• Full Practice Authority License for Illinois is highly preferred but not required.
• Experienced in both medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care to adults and child/adolescent populations.
• Conduct medication management in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Deliver therapy and coordinate with schedulers and billers to optimize patient care.
