Job summary
LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to treat children, adolescents and adults in a supportive, collaborative clinic. The role supports medication management and therapy in a full-time or part-time, in-person setting at our Illinois offices.

Qualifications
- Licensed in Illinois with PMHNP-BC and DEA.
- Full Practice Authority License for Illinois is highly preferred but not required.
- Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
