Responsibilities

• Provides full range of PMHNP services in Mental Health to Veterans.
• Delivers evidence-based treatment including psychotropic medications and psychotherapy.
• Educates patients and families on medical and mental health conditions and treatments.
• Collaborates with MH and specialty care teams in treatment planning.
• Assesses and adjusts care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Orders and interprets labs and diagnostic studies; initiates referrals.
