Job summary

Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) in Casper, Wyoming, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join the behavioral health team. The role covers psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing medication management across the lifespan.

The provider collaborates with primary care and other clinical disciplines within an integrated care model, delivering compassionate, accessible, evidence-based mental health services to the community.

Qualifications

• Graduate PMHNP program from an accredited institution.
• Current Wyoming APRN/NP license or eligibility to obtain.
• DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and medication management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Manage psychiatric medications, including prescribing and monitoring.
• Collaborate with primary care and behavioral health teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Coordinate referrals to specialty services when indicated.
