LifeStance Health is actively hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in Washington. We offer a competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential and a W2 employed position, plus a sign-on bonus and annual cash bonus.

Candidates must hold a WA license with a PMHNP certification and have experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations, including medication management and therapy. Comprehensive benefits and malpractice insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Washington with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Experienced with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric nurse practitioner services to patients in WA.
• Collaborate with patients and care teams to develop treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust medications as needed.
