Job summary

Yoso Recruiting in Tulsa is seeking a compassionate dual-certified Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/FNP) to join a behavioral health treatment center on a full-time basis, serving adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The role is open to PMHNP/FNP and Physician Assistant candidates and emphasizes collaborative, multidisciplinary care.

Qualifications

• Dual certification as PMHNP and FNP required
• DEA license in good standing
• Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, detox, residential, PHP, or inpatient settings preferred
• MAT prescribing experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and follow-up appointments
• Diagnose and treat clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications and treatment plans
• Provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, medical providers, and clinical leadership
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
