Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join the team at Suwannee Correctional Institution in Live Oak, FL. You will conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnose and treat patients under the direction of a psychiatrist, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a correctional setting.

Qualifications

Active Florida APRN-PMH license.
DEA registration required.
CAQ in Psychiatry preferred for PMHNP role.
Prior correctional mental health experience is valued.

Responsibilities

Provide mental health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and treatment under psychiatrist direction.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health services in a correctional setting.
Manage inpatient, outpatient and close management care as part of a cohesive team.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety protocols.
