You will perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments and implement biopsychosocial treatment plans, including medication management, within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Must hold MA PMHNP license and DEA/Controlled Substances registrations.
Active PMHNP board certification required.
Minimum 3 years PMHNP experience strongly preferred; new graduates with exceptional records considered.
Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide urgent and scheduled access to mental health and substance use services within a CBHC model.
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and implement biopsychosocial treatment plans, including medication management.
Deliver team-based continuum-of-care coordination across ambulatory, crisis, and stabilization programs.
Offer screening and treatment for MOUD and MAUD (medications for opioid and alcohol use disorders).
Work within a multidisciplinary team spanning outpatient, crisis, and stabilization settings.
Engage in teaching (NP students, medical students, psychiatry residents, social-work interns), quality improvement, and practice-based research projects.
