Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a PMHNP-BC in Illinois for LifeStance Health Edgewood Clinical Services. You will provide medication management and therapy, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in a full-benefits employment model.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Illinois with PMHNP-BC and an active DEA.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with medication management.
• Full Practice Authority in Illinois is highly preferred but not required.
