Job summary

Community Reach Center in Colorado is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for an Acute Treatment Unit. You will perform psychiatric assessments, treatment planning, pharmacologic management, and crisis intervention for adults under limited supervision.

This full-time, 8-hour shift position offers a salary of $75–$90 per hour, bilingual stipend, and a comprehensive benefits package. Colorado license and DEA/BLS are required, with ongoing professional growth and cross-licensure

Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible PMHNP required.
Experience with chronic mental illness and dual diagnosis.
Experience with adults or children/adolescents.
Colorado license; DEA and BLS credentials current.

Responsibilities

Provide psychiatric assessment, pharmacological management, education, and psychotherapy.
Crisis intervention, evaluation, and holds as needed.
Coordinate with clinicians, case managers, and families for treatment plans.
Document interventions and maintain clinical records according to policies.
Lead the treatment team and support non-medical staff.
