Calm Clarity Therapy is seeking a PMHNP to provide comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage medications for patients across ages. The role supports telehealth and in-person care within a collaborative behavioral health team in Colorado.

Ideal candidates hold a Colorado PMHNP license (or eligible), DEA registration, and possess strong diagnostic and communication skills. The position offers a stable full-time W-2 arrangement with comprehensive benefits and a path for growth.

As a PMHNP at Calm Clarity Therapy, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Provide ongoing medication management.
• Incorporate supportive psychotherapy when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with therapists and other behavioral health professionals to provide integrated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care in both telehealth and in-person settings.

Compensation Options

Full-Time W-2 Position

• Annual salary of $140,000
• $500 monthly employer contribution toward health benefits
• Structured onboarding with a paid 60-day ramp period
• Administrative support for scheduling, billing, credentialing, and patient communications
• Opportunity for long-term growth and leadership

Available as either:

• W-2 Fee-for-Service

We're searching for providers who are passionate about delivering outstanding psychiatric care while helping improve access to mental health services throughout Colorado.

Ideal candidates will:

• Hold an active Colorado PMHNP license (or be eligible for licensure).
• Maintain DEA registration (or obtain prior to start).
• Demonstrate strong diagnostic and medication management skills.
• Practice evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Value collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with patients and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.

Our salaried providers enjoy a predictable income while maintaining a strong commitment to patient access and continuity of care.

Full-time providers are expected to:

• Maintain availability five days per week.
• Provide approximately eight hours of clinical availability each scheduled day.
• Maintain timely documentation and coding consistent with payer and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program
• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active Colorado APRN license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration
• Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills

Preferred:

• Experience treating ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders
• Experience working in outpatient psychiatry
• Experience with telepsychiatry
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
