BAS Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a well-established behavioral health organization serving children, families, couples, and individuals.

This full-time hybrid outpatient position emphasizes patient-centered care and measurable outcomes, with on-site visits required monthly. You will work with a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting, Monday–Friday, 8-hour days, no weekends, and opportunities to support diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Active New York State NP license.
• Board certification as PMHNP.
• Ability to provide outpatient psychiatric care.
• Experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care within a hybrid, multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct monthly on-site patient visits.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to coordinate care.
• Support measurable outcomes and patient-centered treatment plans.

We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a well-established behavioral health organization providing comprehensive mental health and social services to children, families, couples, and individuals.

This is a full-time hybrid outpatient position with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team focused on client-centered care and measurable outcomes. Patients are required to be seen on site monthly.
