Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the PMH Department.
• Support Material Handlers in executing their duties.
• Ensure compliance with advanced MSD management protocols.
• Maintain and audit the accuracy of WMS system records.
• Coordinate timely movement of finished goods.
• Champion best practices in SMT operations.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication.
• Schedule and lead inventory cycle counts and audits.
• Implement and sustain 5S standards in PMH areas.
• Analyze material consumption trends.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures.
• Support new process rollouts and improvement initiatives.
